I know what it feels like to lose yourself.
After my divorce in my 40s, and eight years caring for my mum, I felt exhausted, invisible, and unsure who I was anymore. I had given everything to everyone else and forgotten about me.
Getting myself back wasn't one big moment. It was small, steady steps — movement, nutrition, self-care, and slowly saying yes to life again. That path brought me strength, confidence, travel, and a sense of purpose I didn't think I'd feel again.
