Before You Begin

Before starting the program, you'll get set up with our sports nutritionist to ensure your diet is aligned with your goals.

You’ll gain access to all the online content, plus a list of tools and equipment needed to succeed.

This way, you’re fully prepped and ready to hit Week 1!

Weeks 1-6

In these first six weeks, we’ll focus on defining your personal goals and diving into the initial phase of the fitness modules.

You’ll have weekly check-ins with your sports nutritionist to stay on track, along with group accountability calls to keep you motivated and connected.

Weeks 7-12

As you progress, we’ll switch up your fitness routine with new workout styles to keep things fresh and support muscle growth.

In our group accountability calls, we’ll also share insights and practical advice specifically for women over 50, ensuring the content is relatable and useful.

Weekly check-ins with your sports nutritionist will continue to keep you on track and seeing results.

How do I get support from the sports nutritionist?

When you join, you’ll receive an email from our sports nutritionist to kick things off. From there, you’ll receive weekly, personalised support and mentoring to address your unique needs.

This will help track what’s working and adjust what’s not to ensure you stay on track.

Do I need to be a member of a gym?

Yes, this program is designed to be done in a gym or a well-equipped home gym with access to a variety of equipment.

Do I need anything else?

We recommend having a step counter (a smartwatch or halo ring works great) and a measuring tape.

If possible, have someone assist you with taking measurements—calipers are also helpful but optional.

Do I need to take progress photos?

Absolutely! Progress photos are a powerful way to track your transformation. Not only are they helpful for us, but they’ll also give you a real sense of achievement.

Even those "less perfect" angles can serve as great motivation!

Do I need to change my diet?

Most likely, yes. We recommend working closely with our sports nutritionist to customize your diet based on your preferences and goals.

Making dietary changes is key to achieving the results you’re looking for.

What’s included in the VIP interviews?

The VIP interviews feature some of Jan’s top service providers, delivering personalized content specifically designed for individuals on their health and fitness journey over 50.

These interviews cover a wide range of topics including nutrition, breathwork, skincare, fashion, and more—all with real-life, relatable examples to help you apply these insights to your own life.

What if I’m not comfortable in the gym?

Jan’s instructional videos provide a step-by-step guide on how to position yourself, use the equipment, and perform each workout correctly. Throughout the program, you’ll also have ongoing support from Jan, The Ageless Transformations team, and fellow participants via WhatsApp to ask any questions or get guidance.

Many clients who haven’t been to the gym in years find that by the end of the program, they feel confident and even enjoy being at the gym!
