Before You Begin

Before starting the program, you'll get set up with a sports nutritionist to ensure your diet is aligned with your goals. You’ll gain access to all the online content, plus a list of tools and equipment needed to succeed. This way, you’re fully prepped and ready to hit Week 1 running!

Weeks 1-6

In these first six weeks, we’ll focus on defining your personal goals and diving into the initial phase of the fitness modules. You’ll have weekly check-ins with your sports nutritionist to stay on track, along with group accountability calls to keep you motivated and connected.

Weeks 7-12

As you progress, we’ll switch up your fitness routine with new workout styles to keep things fresh and support muscle growth. In our group accountability calls, we’ll also share insights and practical advice specifically for women over 50, ensuring the content is relatable and useful. Weekly check-ins with your sports nutritionist will continue to keep you on track and seeing results.
