You know by now The Ageless Method™ is an easy 8 step program of transformation. Managing my food intake along with a strength based exercise program is a crucial part to my own success at becoming a champion body- builder and pageant winner in my sixties, but most of all is my secret to wellness and mobility as I age.
I didn’t want to fuss about with calorie counting nor to have to think hard all the time about my food preparation. With so many food intolerances and challenges too, I wanted to create a system that was super easy to follow and with the flexibility to customise as I needed to. I’m now sharing my simple system and the recipe library with you!
