ABOUT JAN HERDMAN, TRANSFORMATIONAL FITNESS & LIFESTYLE COACH

Jan is a dynamic, intuitive and empowering wellness and lifestyle coach who is a walking example of living life with vitality and grace. Having been through her own chronic health challenges and needing to restart life out on her own, she's become a powerhouse of inspiration and transformation to her fast growing community.

Jan's commitment to her health began with getting in the gym and beginning some resistance training. It wasn't too long before this focus moved into Jan becoming a champion body builder. Jan's first competition was at the age of 40 and her most recent comp at age 63.
